Solutions 360, a service and technology services company of MDS Group is recruiting for a Cyber Security Engineer. 

Function Responsibilities

• Support the business in securing IT systems and data assets;
• Act as the technical security SME, overseeing day-to-day (BAU) security operations and support;
• Identify, assess, and address potential cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents;
• Conduct risk assessments and security investigations, and provide recommendations;
• Monitor network and infrastructure security, and propose proactive improvements;
• Track and report key security metrics and maintain security documentation and processes;
• Stay up to date with the evolving threat landscape and advise on appropriate countermeasures;
• Respond to security alerts and incidents, supporting the CISO and logging all issues appropriately.

About you

• Cyber security experience within a large complex corporate environment working with multiple partners, disparate multi-disciplined teams, and multiple streams of project activity;
• Proven knowledge and experience of IT and information security policies, practices and standards;
• Knowledge of current technologies in the field and the ability to learn new ones;
• Incident management experience including investigations and response;
• Fluent in English.
