Solutions 360, a service and technology services company of MDS Group is recruiting for a IT Governance and Audit Engineer

This role combines IT operational control management and implementation with responsibility for access certification, IT audit response, and remediation management. The successful candidate will support operational governance while helping to own and continuously improve IT control processes.

Function Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and management of IT Infrastructure governance controls

• Daily operational management and monitoring of controls

• Risk and control management at a technical level

• Continuous improvement on IT controls and operations

• Implementation of IT company policies and procedures

• Contribute to policy design, development and delivery

• Working with team to produce documentation for High Level and Low level design, to match

  control frameworks

• Working within technical team to implement policies within systems

• Responsible for the management, discovery and response to IT audits coordinating with other

  teams such as InfoSec. Tracking remediations with the wider IT teams

• Conducting reviews of business and IT supplier contracts to ensure their accuracy and

  compliance

• Manage and control monthly / quarterly access reviews including the technical gathering and

  manipulation of data

• Work with external teams to manage the Joiner , Mover & Leaver (JML) process in relation to

  recertification and audit responses

• Infrastructure documentation including implementation documentation, change documentation,

  update and revision management

• Supporting wider infrastructure Team on infrastructure work as required

About you

• IT Infrastructure support 2nd/3rd line

• IT Governance management

• IT Audits and controls - SOX, NIST, ISO, CIS

• Experience in various Infrastructure technologies

• Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools such as SQL Query and T-SQL

• IT Degree Qualification or 3+ years’ experience

• Independent time and work management

• Strong communication skills

• Driven to continuously learn about changes within technologies and improve personal skills
