CRM & Marketing Data Specialist
Brokerslink, a global broking company founded by MDS Group, is looking for a CRM & Marketing Data Specialist to strengthen our data, marketing, and relationship management capabilities. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of CRM, data, and marketing and ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing a Salesforce pipeline and writing a SQL query.
You will play an active role in structuring and leveraging commercial and marketing data, working closely with internal teams to ensure that data is not just accurate, but genuinely useful. Key Responsabilities
CRM & Data Management
Manage and organise data in Salesforce (clients, partners, opportunities, and campaigns), ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy
Integrate and cross-reference data from multiple sources (CRM, internal files, team inputs), creating parallel databases where needed
Data Processing & Automation
Use Python, SQL, or similar languages to process, transform, and automate data workflows
Work with advanced Excel for data consolidation, treatment, and ad-hoc analysis
Build and maintain pipelines that handle imperfect or unstructured data
Reporting & Insights
Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
Deliver recurring reporting (commercial, campaigns, activity) and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests
Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities within the data
Marketing & Campaign Support
Build audience segmentations and contact lists for campaigns
Support campaign execution with data-driven targeting and performance analysis
Translate business and marketing needs into analyses, segmentations, and data-oriented actions
Who You Are
Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Background in marketing, commercial, or campaign environments, with a genuine understanding of how data supports business decisions
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred; other CRM tools considered)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages applied to data
Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or equivalent
Strong analytical capability with a business-oriented, execution-focused approach
Able to translate business needs into data-based solutions
Comfortable working with imperfect and unstructured data
Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
Strong communicator in international environments
Fluent English and professional proficiency in Portuguese, written and spoken
Valued Experience
B2B environments, services, consulting, or insurance
Data process automation and multi-source data integration
Salesforce, Power BI, or data analytics certifications
